Corporate Social Responsibility

At Real-Time Consultants we recognise our responsibility to support the wider community in which we operate. In our interactions and relationships with others our principles are those of integrity, honesty and professionalism.

Behaving ethically and making a positive contribution to society is part of our corporate and personal social responsibility. Staff regularly give their effort, time and money to charitable enterprises including Race For Life, Jeans For Genes, Wear It Pink and a monthly office money-raising day.

Corporately RTC supports charities such as McMillan Cancer Research, The British Heart Foundation, the NSPCC and local hospices, in particular The Acorns Children’s Hospice in Birmingham.

Good employment policies also have a wider social impact. RTC has an open and accessible management structure which supports and encourages a strong team spirit in the business. Staff benefit from training, free health and dental care, company pension scheme and an environment which is predicated on nurturing and realising the full potential of the individual.

CSR is ethical common sense. It is not the latest buzz word but the way RTC has always conducted its business.
