Cyber Security & Protective Monitoring for Counter Terrorism National Hosting Platform
Challenge:
RT Consulting delivered specialist cyber security expertise to support two
critical protective monitoring programmes: the National Official Hosting Platform (NOHP) and the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC).
Action:
Our consultants led on security architecture reviews, risk assessments and governance, ensuring both platforms met accreditation requirements and aligned with the NIST Cyber Security Framework and CIS controls. We worked closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage system integration, perform IT health checks, and define secure monitoring processes.
Supporting over 300 Projects
These programmes now support enhanced threat detection, response, and resilience – underpinning over 300 secure projects across the national counter-terrorism network. The successful integration of our team led to further appointments within the department, reinforcing CTP’s capability to manage cyber risks and deliver secure, accredited systems at scale.
