Engagement expectations

• Vetting: Due to the regulated nature of our work, and our significant Defence portfolio, we require a minimum of, active Standard Check (SC) vetting to be in place.  

• Working pattern: Projects typically require 2–3 days per week on-site commitment at client locations (Southwest clusters such as Bristol, Corsham, Portsmouth, Andover, Yeovil), with hybrid flexibility where permitted.

• Fees: Rates are agreed per engagement and aligned to role seniority and scope.

Who you are

An experienced Architect or Systems Engineering professional, ideally operating within one or more of the following disciplines:

• Solution Architect

• Systems Architect

• Systems Engineer (Platform / Integration)

• Enterprise / Technical Architect

• Integration Architect

• Defence / Mission Systems Design Authority

• Digital Solution Architect (non-build / advisory)

You will be comfortable operating in regulated, secure environments, confident working with complex stakeholder groups, and adept at translating business needs into robust, scalable and technically sound architectures.
